Received item damaged and I had items fixed for $20 dollers buffed out scratches and seller did not refund me the difference very bad. Tried to have a reasonable agreement I saved the card and seller won't refund me now. What kinda thanks is that ??? Very bad !!! Not gonna beg for 20 but seller did not do the right thing !!!!!

You were never told to have it repaired.
You opened a case with eBay, and I sent you the return shipping label so you could return it and I would give you a full refund, you decided not to.
