Not the professional service I expected. Seller cancelled order after I inquired about tracking #, but Iearned about the cancellation when ebay informed of the full refund because -although they didn't mentioned any caveat in their shipping policy- there was an "issue" with my address. I'm sure their merchandise is worthy of five stars and their service has pleased a lot of ebayers, but I was dissapointed.
