The item, a hand held printer, is compatible only with old devices. So I can not find an app for my phone or for my desk top that can connect and operate this printer. Wiest of money and lot of disappointment.

the box arrived damaged, a bit crushed from shipping, since it wasn’t put in a shipping box but in flimsy plastic wrap. the figure itself was unharmed but it wasn’t the pretty one from the listing photos. it was a poorly made replica with off center eyes and a bad paint job. i’m pretty disappointed and i’ve contacted the seller to return the item. there is a 30 day return policy, please don’t make me keep this thing. 😭
