    Concept good but quality debatable. Instructions lacking detail on reassembling battery cover, as not the reverse of removing and fitting bell push to back plate is not the obvious. On the former I had to contact the supplier before I could get the battery cover back on so the bell push worked. Also bell push was faulty but they would not replace without returning the whole unit that was not an option as the customer being aged needed it.
