Dear Patty, you purchased two dog toys from me and wrote to me saying your dogs chewed them up. I offered to send you two free replacement toys and even said you can go to my page and pick any toys you like! This is not normally something I do. You were the one who turned down my offer and became hostile and outlandishly rude. I have never encountered anything like it.
