The description said it had a repaired 10cm tear but when it arrived it was not repaired it was still torn on the top of the back page of the programme

When the item left us the tear was visible but was no longer torn. It had been repaired by someone at some point. It would appear that the tear has opened up again in transit. The correct procedure was you should have contacted us first to discuss the problem and if it was shown to be the case we could have dealt with it for you. To just leave a negative comment without contacting us first is not acceptable.
