While I never received the item shipped, the seller was very cooperative and issued a refund without delay once the agreed upon date arrived. They maintained prompt communication while trying to get to the bottom of the snag with delivery. Unfortunately, it did not work out. I do highly recommend using this seller as they did everything they would be expected to do in this situation. This is very much appreciated.
