I returned these bras because they were to small - only for it to be returned back to me in new packaging and no refund. Atrocious- the seller needs to keep a track of what they are posting!!

This negative is for an item the buyer returned to the wrong seller, they sent it to a company in Derbyshire, we are in North Wales so not even close...... We have contacted eBay's automated feedback removal but it was obviously too complicated for them to work out what has happened. So the buyer sends our item to the wrong place, then has it returned to them and we get the negative How does that work? The irony is, the negative comment the buyer put WE need to keep track of what we are sending.
