Hello, thank you for your review. This bag is just a storage function, it is not designed for shock resistance. This design also follows the original factory design. It has been sold for many years without adding a sponge layer, which would increase unnecessary volume and look bulky. (Because there are already many types of bags on the market, you can easily find a DSLR storage bag to protect various cameras.)
