The front, and the back of the brim of a hat on the lady has been broken since the photos were taken it arrived chipped in the front and back. There was no particles inside the box or anything. I don’t know what happened. Maybe it was dropped before it was shipped or something but I’m gonna keep it and repair it myself.

Didn't hear back from buyer with photos of the damage or anything. I didn't drop the figurine or I wouldn't have shipped it. If the buyer had notified me of a problem I would have refunded their money. Wish the buyer had notified me instead of just leaving neutral feedback that didn't make any sense. Very disappointed.
