Seller neither sent item, nor did he respond to repeated messages from me. I did everything possible to avoid leaving negative feedback but, ultimately, had to go through the eBay claims process to recoup my funds. What should have been a by-the-book purchase became an annoying, 3-week ordeal, despite my paying immediately and trying to help in a situation which the seller was responsible for and did nothing to correct or rectify.
