My item arrived safe & sound and quickly! The seller was responsive to my question and I feel like this was an extremely fair deal and I so appreciate it! Open box was just that, opened-but it doesn't appear the item ever left the box. The combined shipping cost and price of the item still beat the price of the same splash pad from area retailers.
