    After waiting for over a month I received a pair of shoes that are a full size bigger than advertised. When I tried to return the shoes the seller refused to issue me a return label. My screen was frozen where I couldn't ask eBay to step in. I spent over an hour on the phone with eBay to be told that I would have to call again in three days and spend another hour on the phone. This seller ruined the event that I was going to wear the shoes to and is ruining my whole week.
