    Merce arrivata in ritardo di qualche giorno ma non è questo il problema, ho acquistato un lotto di adesivi per la mia mtb tra qui uno di questi non esatto come misure, ho chiesto più volte la modifica di questo adesivo ma la risposta del venditore che in questo periodo avevano troppo lavoro e non era possibile, ho aperto una pratica di restituzione con spese di reso a carico del venditore come segnalato da ebay ma non ho mai ricevuto un etichetta, ho provato più volte a contattare il venditore!!

    Siamo dispiaciuti per questo commento, ma ci teniamo a precisare che abbiamo fornito il kit adesivi esattamente come descritto e mostrato in foto. Purtroppo, l'acquirente non ha notato che la sua bici è un modello diverso, e ora, dopo aver applicato quasi tutti gli adesivi, chiede un rimborso per una piccola scritta che non si adatta. Nonostante la situazione, abbiamo offerto un rimborso parziale come gesto di cortesia, anche se non sarebbe dovuto. Siamo sempre disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi
