We are so sorry you're unhappy with your figure. You could have contacted us for a full refund. This figure is 23 years old. It was definitely not used and the wear & tear of the box was duly noted in the original listing. Because of that flaw to the box we priced it at $22 dollars compared to the $49 other sellers have listed this figure for. We assume due to the low price of it you prefer to keep it rather than get a full refund?
