I think there are actually two different versions of this toy, one with a spring loaded tokey and the other without, with a few other minor differences. Mine is the latter, as shown in the listing, but I'm quite happy with it. It's new, as far as I can tell, and is excellently built. Love the look with the eagle as well, it's a dynamic piece. Great price, and it arrived sooner than I thought. Thanks a ton, will buy here again!
