The computer disks were shoved into a cereal box for shipping. They labelled it incorrectly and was made to pay an addition $24.87 for shipping. I didn't know what it was until I opened it. I sent an email thru ebay to the seller and asked if this was a mistake. They replied with: no that should not have happened. He's gone MIA for a week now without any help or solution. No reply since. vanished.
I've never had this happen before... it's a new line of low. Quite horrible. Stay away.
