The package should have been packaged in a box. The small bubble wrap container got smashed and leaked. The outside was sticky from the leak. And the container looks like it is only half full. I have not tried to open it yet. I wrote to the person who was on the shipping label. I would like too have it replaced, with better packing.

BEWARE OF BUYER-Buyer sent letter outside of eBay stating bottle lid had a crack. As clearly shown in listing that is how product is made and also stated NO RETURNS. Item was properly packaged. Now today 11 days after item receipt, she now CHANGES HER STORY and says lid was smashed. I have generously offered half payment refund once I received packaging photos, since she is claiming the bottle is half full, which is impossible for me to even determine as the bottle is dark.
