Well made, tested for electrical continuity and all the parts that should be isolated are. (read: no electrical shorts between the halves) Threading is cleanly tapped 3/8" * 24tpi and fits standard, North American antenna components such as the Buddipole/Buddistick sections, and whips. Excellent addition to the ham radio operator's field kit.
