Items where sold as new. Wash unit came with power switch broken it don't stay on I need to hold it in order that it keeps on and if i don't keep holding it turns off. Printer don't recognize files despite I selected the correct printer in slicer. Looks like firmware was erased or main board is damaged . I have 4 printers 2 Elegoo and 2 Sonic Phrozen. I know how to use them and this one is defective, Seller refuse to solve the issue.

As can be seen in the auction EVERYTHING was undamaged, powering on correctly - you can see the printer firmware in the auction photo. All components and items were packaged and included in the delivery. The buyer never stated any issues with shipping damage - despite my inquiry - and simply demanded reimbursement and return shipping. After I attempted to explain what was sent, he refused any resolution dialog, then said the money wasn't important (?!?) and wrote this non-factual review.
