This item was faulty and after contacting them for advice and doing everything they asked of me to no avail they finally agreed the item was faulty and asked me to return it to them. I did as was advised and they refunded the cost of the item but they refuse to refund the cost of postage to send it back to them even though I believe they should for a faulty item. I was sent a return label several days after they asked me to post it back to them by which time it had already gone back. Bad seller.
