Unfortunately, something went wrong with this sale. I understand that sh*t happens, I don't know who to blame but I contacted e-bay, and they said not our problem. Fortunately, the seller stepped up to the plate and issued a total refund in a timely manner which is the bottom line. Like I said things always go right that is to be expected, it was how it was resolved that counts. I would do business with this company again.
