You described the marks on the clock face as scratches when in fact they are very noticeable large gouges. I am older and don't know how to upload pictures to the internet but I will be getting help with that very soon. I was looking forward to receiving the clock but very disappointed when I opened the box. I looked at the picture in your ad and saw nothing in that picture to indicate any visible damage which is actually so bad that the clock cannot be displayed.
