Mr. Roman, the negative feedback should go to the USPS and not to the seller. Areza Medical shipped your order both this time and previously on time. How USPS handles shipments is beyond the control of any seller. While it's frustrating for sellers when delays occur, unfortunately, there's little we can do to prevent them. Typically, shipments from Dallas to Puerto Rico take about 7-10 business days. This one was shipped on April 2nd, and as of today (April 17th), it's ready for pickup.
