The item came broken. The boxing was in great shape therfore the item was sold broken knowingly. Disappointed. I will contact the seller to get my money back. My final review will depend on the issue resolution.

I will apologize for the statement that the item was sold broken knowingly. I have no concrete proof of that, but as I mentioned the mail package does not look at all damaged and the Gimbal was inside the storage pack, broken. I believe there is little chance the item was broke by the carrier. That being said the seller response was that I was trying to scam eBay with my allegations, and that the item I took pictures of was not the one sent. Be carefully buyers.
