I hate giving negative feedback. Seller claimed that USPS lost the package without even giving a tracking number, so I can't contact USPS. They offered a refund and I said I would accept it. That was a month ago, and there has been no contact since or reply to my messages. Ebay has been useless in helping, as this is not covered by Buyer Protection. So I guess the seller gets over $100 for free and I lose.
