Buyer did not contact us directly just left negative feedback straight away. The item was damaged in transit. We were not informed by buyer otherwise we could have resolved the issue for them. If the buyer had a message about damage or sent image of damage we could have sent out a new bulb or a full refund . It would have been the buyers choice on what would have worked best for them.
