The seller tried to contact me outside e-bay which is breach of rules but when i requestd the rufund for the goods that did not arrive i was called demanding and aggressive,which is far from truth and intimidating (correspondence kept as evidence who was the aggressive one). I am not the only one with similar experience with this seller looking at other people's feedback. My item will not arrive as it was reported damaged in transport so i have right to be refunded.

i have repeatedly tried to explain to this buyer that I am the seller NOT THE COURIER and am acting on her behalf to resolve this case. i will not dignify her accusations with a retort. the issue is subject to an ebay case which is ongoing. no doubt Karen will continue to fulminate.. (to save looking my feedback is over 99% positive). the case will resolve when it resolves.
