Le fascicule est absent alors que dans chacune des figurines de cette collection il est présent. La figurine est entourée d'un plastique difficile à retirer. J'ai peur de casser la figurine en question. Je demande le retour et le remboursement intégral de cet achat.

On voit sur les photos que le livret n'est pas présent. La figurine est fragile, je la protège pour ne pas qu'elle s'abîme. Article que je vends régulièrement et pour lequel j'ai toujours eu des évaluations positives. Remboursement partiel conséquent proposé à l'acheteur à titre de geste commercial pour éviter les désagréments d'un retour, mais pas de réponse de sa part pour le moment...
