This review is for 2 items. I only sold 1. Apparently, the buyer bought 1 somewhere else, it was "decent". Yet, he still bought another one. He states they both work the same. Sounds like the common denominator is the buyer, how he is using it, what he expects vs. what it can deliver. I didn't hand craft the item. I just resold it because I don't need it. It was new. The buyer wrote a product review. Not a seller review.

Item was better than described, I wanted to keep it. You can't "deep crack backlight" Buyer complaint morphed over 5 days of using the device into a who's who list of things to fix by Microsoft for the next edition of a Surface Pro. Case and point, buyer bought an EOL "end of life" no longer supported by Microsoft 2015 model device but can't understand why it's not a 2024. A perfectly restored '69 Camaro doesn't have all the bells and whistles a new one has. Buyer also never requested a return.
