I was disappointed with thy physical appearance of the DVD cover and interior jacket. The jacket appeared to have been wet at some point in time. It was wrinkled (front and back) The description insert was stuck together and I was unable to open it to read its contents. There was no damage to the DVDs. I am a Streisand fan and hoped the item would be in perfect condition which is why I chose to purchase the DVD, NEW and not Pre-owned!
