When received the item, it was already open and the magnetic mount was missing. Moreover, there have been persistent problems with keeping this camera online. Even as I write, the camera is offline... it is my sincere belief that the owner KNOWINGLY sold me a defective product. This probably why he got rid of it. Also, when I did contact the seller about the DYSFUNCTION of the camera, he advised me to conduct a "hard reset" on something that was supposed to be new... NEVER AGAIN!
