Seller sent coat a week after sale after I messaged them to ask when it would ship. The buyer stated it was delayed due to illness. Prior to shipping, asked to cancel sale since coat was for retirement party at Disney and it would arrive too late. This was a present for working 50 years as nurse. Seller never responded to message. Coat was $800. Sent crumpled into plastic shipping bag. Seller couldn't even bother to put it in a box with a piece of tissue to protect it. Sale very disappointing
