Nicest way to say it is... New seller with no clue how eBay works! There is a few other ways of putting it! I originally bought this item under auction but seller refused to sell as they thought the price was too cheap! Following week there minimum bid was increased and yet again the only bidder. When the item finally arrived it was actually missing the photo displayed holder and ceramic pot! I asked for a return and they got that wrong as well so I had to deal with incompetence for a month+
