Now Passed the day I needed it for and it’s arrived with an uneven cut so wouldn’t even use it now , not the expected quality described. Not good value for money either because of this would LOVE to get a refund but you can’t because it’s personalised! Guaranteed next-day delivery was available at £12.99 but wasn't selected. We're sorry the item didn’t meet your expectations. We would advice paying extra for express shipping in the future to avoid any disappointment.

Excellent communication with seller, working together to come to an agreement of a partial refund which was done immediately. Seller did offer a full refund but as only 2 were damaged, I wasn't intending on using them as mugs, they were more for decorative use and could easily be glued, I suggested a partial refund. Most definitely a seller I highly recommend 5☆☆☆☆☆!
