I have been on Ebay from 2003 and this is the first time i get a bad feedback, all for notifying the buyer that shipping costs from Italy to Mexico had been raised 160% without my prior knowledge, i reimbursed the item immediately as he was asking but then i get this, avoid this buyer like the plague, he's been obnoxious from start to finish in this auction, and is also getting a report to ebay from me for all of this. AVOID!
