Originally told youtube ( not g paddles video ) was very helpful but its not for these paddles nor does it have a set like mine works. Instructions on an email are terrible and not helpful again not for my model which caused me alot of upset and my emails were not liked and told not too swear which is a bit of a cheek as there emails for the instructions and there replies were very patronising telling me to call them so told it like how I felt. Had them fitted who said instructions useless..

Instructions on an email are terrible - These email instructions have been send out world wide to over 1000+ customers & this is the first complaint or we would rewritten them before now
my emails were not liked and told not too swear - you should never swear in any communcations

Instructions are abysmal. Told theres a youtube video but its not for my paddles. There emails very patronising and unhelpful. Garage who fitted them also said instructions were useless and didn't mention removal of genuine buttons in the email and found the parts when removed can break very easily to removal of the genuine buttons so probably why they don't mention this. The paddles are very nice and discreet and alot better than the original buttons so happy but £75 lighter for fitting them !!

Told theres a youtube video-We did not tell you there was a youtube video for the wrong paddle you ordered for your car.
There emails very patronising and unhelpful-Your ranting email , my replied was asking you to clam down about ordering the wrong paddle & telling you that fitting our Paddle upgrade is not a different was you were making out as you ordered the wrong paddles.
