I'm reluctant to leave negative feedback but immediately on receiving these goods (which were well packaged and arrived on time) it is apparent they are either mis-sized (1/2-1 size too small) or they aren't genuine Hoka's?? I have contacted the seller 3 times & requested an exchange ... they are not responding to any of my messages. This is in contrast to 3 messages they sent requesting positive feedback and a good review!! 😠. I would very much like an exchange ... failing that, a full refund.
