Unrealistic and DISHONEST.
This buyer bought a Beryl Cook mounted picture for less than £ 20.00 and she expected to get a picture which was signed by the artist.
I refunded her postage cost by pay pal. She lied and claimed that she did not get the full amount that I refunded, which was A LIE.
