The Tandberg arrived safely however it was defective. I have spoken to the seller and he said he would help in any way he could.I purchased the insurance with Square Trade but found that the Tandberg is not covered when I filed a claim. eBay should reimburse the $40 I paid for the insurance. There was a class action law suit filed against Square Trade in 2016 for the same reason. For selling insurance to individuals who don’t learn the insured product is not covered until they file a claim.
