The walking stick arrived today and is perfect in every way. A well packaged item.
Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the delivery aspect of my order.
Order was placed on 12th of June and took 10 days to finally arrive which was past the est date of 19th of June. A tracking number was provided but there was no way of tracking the whereabouts of my order or even when it might be actually delivered. I had paid separately for the postage therefore expected a better standard of delivery.
