Esperienza negativa, acquisto e mi informano che causa trasloco ci sarà qualche ritardo nella spedizione, ma entro 2 gg dicono che spediscono, poi la parte non salta fuori e dobbiamo annullarel’ordine. Chiedo il rimborso e dopo un mese finalmente la via crucis si chiude.

L'articolo venduto era esaurito solo che volevamo accertarci di ciò in quando eravamo in fase di spostamento del magazzino. Dopo un paio di giorni, appurata la mancanza del prodotto, volevamo procedere all'immediato rimborso però eBay ci ha bloccato i fondi per una mancata verifica dei dati dell'account. Il "bello" è che questa verifica l'avevamo già fatta più e più volte solo che per un problema tecnico non sbloccavano i fondi. Abbiamo sollecitato più volte, chiamato, mandato mail, ma niente!
