I contacted the seller, asking that the item be easy to maintain. It was a huge hassle to even unwrap and needed partial assembly. I am dying of Stage 4 cancer. Rather than show any compassion, they feel fine arguing all day with a dying man. Money matters more to them. They will Never be contacted again. Do not buy from them. It is not worth it.

Item was exactly as shown and well protected for shipping. Buyer requested refund because he was dying of cancer. I feel very passionate towards the cause as cancer runs deep in my family. But if I would want to donate to the cause, I would send money to charity, which I often do.
