I ordered the shelf for my fridge and speciafically asked for it to include the front and back bits that go with it. Whenit arrived it did NOT have them and they said they cannot get them. They wanted me to return the glass shelf which I just don't have the time to and I have still got to get the correct parts despite double checking with them. However they did refund me the money which I thought was fair.
