Thank you for the refund. I just got the turntable. I unpacked it. Superb job packaging this heavy truntable. the only thing wrong with it was that the needle was broken, It was there but it was bent. Otherwise I'm very satisfied with the turntable and its performance. I had another shell with Cartridge , and it worked fine . I want ahead and order a replacement Stylist.
