ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE, ITEM WAS SHIPPED USPS 1st Class ON May 6th AT OUR STORE, MEANING THE POSTMAN WOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT BACK THAT EVENING & IT LEFT ST CLOUD MN ON THE 7th. I WAS CONTACTED ON THE 11th ASKING WHERE IT WAS, I EXPLAINED WHERE/WHEN IT SHIPPED, SO I CERTAINLY COMMUNICATED WITH HIM...ALSO THE POSTAL SERVICE TOOK 11 DAYS TO DELIVERY IT....WHY LEAVE ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK??
