Shipping time was great. However, I was not given the option to choose a color as stated in the description. What I ordered was different color than the picture. That would be ok, except a few of the coasters are obviously used and very faded, like they were out in the sun for a long time. They are also cheaply made, which I suppose is more on the manufacturer.

I'm not understanding the "not given the option to choose a color"? You never specified a color - however, If you'd like to send back for a full refund, I'll gladly accept them back and pay for your shipping and handling as well - I aim for my customers to be happy. Also, none of these are ever used - they are printed on demand. Send pics of those? I never send used products, as these are 3D printed on demand :) Sorry you didn't enjoy these!
