The product did not work properly. When I requested a refund the seller advised I would have to return the product to their official return address in China at my own cost and as this would be very expensive they offered a partial refund instead. This is not eBay's policy for fairy items. The seller only gave me a full refund when I said I would escalate to eBay support.
