This item was not as pictured. I contacted the seller and told them i would accept a replacement if they had one that matched the picture. Their response was that pictures could look different than items. I replied that I would like to return the item. I have not had an answer to my last two emails. The bracelet they sent is ugly and I would never wear such an item. I want a refund and to send this back. They advertised free returns, but will not provide the information to return.
