On this garment, the buyer paid on the 5th and it was shipped on the 6th, in line exactly with one day handling time. Not late. There was no seller statement made. None, we did not state when the garment will arrive. People like this do not understand that on eBay that "Delivery: Estimated" means that eBay are simply guessing at a delivery date. The Jacket was fine, you can't use detergent without damaging the waterproofing, happy for you to do that yourself, thanks. Lining was our error.
